Founder, Netciples
Before Netciples became a company, its foundations were already being built through independent technology work beginning in 2022.
With a background in information technology and software development, Frank expanded his expertise across business systems, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations. Working directly with businesses exposed a recurring challenge: organisations were often dealing with disconnected systems, reactive IT support, limited technology governance, and decisions that were not sufficiently aligned with their operational goals.
Netciples was founded to approach that differently by bringing technology management, software capability, and strategic guidance together to help organisations build more secure, resilient, and scalable technology environments.
